Black Friday 2026 is Friday, November 27, but most big stores start their sales weeks earlier, and some deals have already begun. Here are the confirmed 2026 dates for more than 20 stores. If a store hasn’t announced its dates yet, I say so instead of guessing.

Amazon confirms Black Friday is November 27 and Cyber Monday is November 30. Early holiday deals are already live in its Holiday Shop, but as of November 1, Amazon hasn’t announced the dates for its full Black Friday sale.
Tip: Be careful with sites claiming an exact Amazon Black Friday Week date before Amazon announces it. Check whether a price needs a coupon or Subscribe & Save.

Of the stores here, BJ’s started first on October 23, then Lowe’s on October 29, and Best Buy and Costco on October 30.
Does Walmart start Black Friday on November 27?
No. Walmart’s main Black Friday event starts online November 23, and in stores at 6 a.m. local time on November 27. An earlier event runs November 12 to 15.
Are Black Friday prices always lower than early November prices?
No. Stores change deals all month, so a “Black Friday” label doesn’t promise the lowest price.
